nghttp2_conn_extend_max_offset

int nghttp2_conn_extend_max_offset(nghttp2_conn *conn, size_t datalen)

nghttp2_conn_extend_max_offset() extends max data offset by datalen. This function only extends connection-level flow control window.

NGHTTP2_ERR_FLOW_CONTROL: Extending window by datalen makes flow control window exceed INT32_MAX.
