nghttp2_conn_get_next_stream_id

int64_t nghttp2_conn_get_next_stream_id(const nghttp2_conn *conn)

nghttp2_conn_get_next_stream_id() returns the next stream ID. If it returns the invalid stream ID > INT32_MAX, all stream IDs have been spent or GOAWAY has been received, and new stream cannot be created for this connection. Only client can call this function.
