int nghttp2_hpack_encoder_new(nghttp2_hpack_encoder **penc, size_t hard_max_dtable_capacity, const nghttp2_mem *mem)

nghttp2_hpack_encoder_new() creates new HPACK encoder and assigns its pointer to *penc. hard_max_dtable_capacity is the maximum dynamic header table size that the encoder uses regardless of the table size limit declared by the decoder. mem is the memory allocator, and must not be NULL.

This function returns 0 if it succeeds, or one of the following negative error codes:

NGHTTP2_ERR_NOMEM

Out of memory.
