nghttp2_conn_get_headers_field_blocklen() returns the compressed HPACK field block length of HEADERS frame that conn is currently processing. If CONTINUATION frames are involved, this value is the sum of all HEADERS and CONTINUATION frames up to the frame that bares END_HEADERS flag. This function should only be called within nghttp2_callbacks.end_headers or nghttp2_callbacks.end_trailers callback. Otherwise, the behavior is undefined.
